The mind behind the studio.

My passion for design began in Italy, where I studied Architecture at Politecnico di Torino. However, drawn to the clean, human-centric approach of Scandinavian style, I moved to Denmark to complete a Master's at Aalborg University. Studying there reshaped my entire philosophy: design shouldn't just look beautiful; it must feel right and function flawlessly for the person experiencing it.

After working with an architecture firm in Copenhagen, I returned to Italy and took on two complete interior design projects, managing everything from the initial structural surveys to the final 3D renders. Diving deep into these projects made me truly appreciate the discipline, the way you curate a path, direct the light, and make a physical space feel welcoming and personal. It was during this hands-on experience that the dots connected. I looked at local businesses, restaurants, shops, and studios and realized that a website is simply an interior space in a digital medium.

A homepage is the threshold, the navigation is the path, and the layout is the balance of solids and voids. If a business deserves a beautifully curated physical interior, its digital home deserves the exact same structural care and aesthetic discipline. Driven by the desire to create something entirely my own, Distefanini was born. I wanted to build a studio that bridges these worlds rather than separating them. Today, whether I am drafting a physical room, coding a seamless website, or crafting a visual graphic identity, my goal is the same: to design cohesive, beautiful spaces that flow effortlessly, whether you walk through the door or click onto the screen.
